- Enquiries that don't become projects — up to 12 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Active client data — for the duration of the project plus 6 years (in line with UK contract law limitation periods).
- Financial records — 6 years from the end of the relevant tax year (UK HMRC requirement).
- Website analytics — anonymised or aggregated after 14 months.
