The moment a new lead lands — 3 AM, Saturday, Christmas Day — it qualifies them against ICP criteria, sends a personalised first-touch email and optional WhatsApp message via Twilio, books a discovery call directly into the sales rep's calendar if the lead scores high, and logs everything back to HubSpot. The sales team arrives to warm, qualified, calendar-booked leads.
